At Dynosense Corp. we respect your privacy and appreciate the trust you have placed in us. This Privacy Policy explains how (“DynoSense”, “we”, “our”, and “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information we obtain through www.dynosense.com
(the “Website“) and the mobile applications we support (“Apps”) that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into DynoSense’s Terms of Service (the “Terms”). By agreeing to this Privacy Policy in your account setup or by using the Services, you consent to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
In providing the Apps, we may act as a service provider to health care providers you have a direct relationship with (“Health Practices”). These Health Practices have elected to utilize our Apps, scanners, and other products to support patient treatment. To the extent that any of our Apps are being offered on behalf of these Health Practices, the information that we collect from and about you (as described in this Privacy Policy) may be shared with these Health Practices to support the care and services they offer.

Services-Related Usage
We use the information we collect for a number of purposes, including: providing, maintaining, supporting, and improving the Services; analyzing how you use the Services; and offering you better tailored services and products. In addition, to the extent our Services are being offered via a Health Practice that has a direct relationship with you, the information collected will be used to support the care and services the relevant Health Practice offers.
Communications
We use the information collected and provided to us to communicate with you. For example, we may send emails to the email address provided to verify an account and for informational and operational purposes, such as account management or customer service. To the extent permitted under applicable law, we may use the information we collect from and about you to provide regarding the Services that may be useful, relevant, valuable or otherwise of interest.
Compliance with applicable law and our own obligations
We may also process the information we collect for the following purposes: (i) to enforce our Terms or other legal rights, including intellectual property infringement; (ii) as may be required by applicable laws and regulations or requested by any judicial process or governmental agency; and (iii) comply with industry standards and our policies.

HOW WE MAY DISCLOSE THE INFORMATION
Service Providers
We work with third party service providers who provide web development, hosting services, as well as other business services for us. To the extent it is necessary for these service providers to receive your information in order for us to provide the Services; these third parties may have access to or process your information.
Analytics and Ad Networks
We use third party analytics vendors to evaluate and provide us with information about your use of the Services. We do not share your information with these third parties, but theses analytics service providers may set and access their own cookies, pixel tags and similar technologies, and they may otherwise collect or have access to information about you which they may collect over time and across different websites. On our Services, we may use Google Analytics to process certain analytics data; Google provides some additional privacy options described at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/.
We may also allow ad network providers to set and access their own cookies, pixel tags and similar technologies to collect information about your use of the Website. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND APPLICATIONS
We are not responsible for either the practices employed by or the information and content contained within websites and services linked from the Services. When you follow a link from the Services to another website or service, this Privacy Policy is no longer in effect. Browsing on and interactions with that property, is subject to that property’s own terms and policies. In addition, we may enable you to share information from our Services to third party applications or services. You understand and agree that a third party application’s use of information collected from you (or as authorized by you) is governed by its privacy policies and your settings on the relevant service.
Notwithstanding anything in this Privacy Policy to the contrary, to the extent we create, receive, maintain, use, or transmit “protected health information” (as such term is defined in 45 C.F.R 160.103) in providing the Services to U.S. Health Practices, we shall only use and disclose that information in accordance with applicable law, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 as amended (“HIPAA”). Under HIPAA, any covered entity involved in your care is generally required to provide or make available a Notice of Privacy Practices (“NPP”). The NPP is intended to provide notice on how the covered entity may use and share protected health information and inform patients about their health privacy rights.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
We do not knowingly collect information online from children under the age of 13. If DynoSense becomes aware that any person submitting information to the Services is under the age of 13, we will promptly take steps to delete any personal information collected. If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, Asia-Pacific region, or other regions with laws governing data collection and use should be aware that we may transfer your information to recipients in countries other than the country in which the information was originally collected, including the United States of America. Those countries may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the information.
